The Dota 2 international 2019 battle pass has been released

Once again it is time to start the collection for The International 2019 prize pool. Last year the prize pool reached a staggering amount of 25$ million and we can expect to see a bigger sum this year. Dota 2 players can purchase the Dota 2 International battle pass in order to obtain in game rewards and bonuses while contributing to The International prize pool. 25% of the battle pass sales go directly to The International 2019 prize pool. The 2019 Dota 2 International tournament will be held on August 15 - 25 later this year in Shanghai.

You can contribute by purchasing a battlepass or Battle levels to get more starting points for the battlepass. Standard battlepass is sold for 9.99$ which will unlock the battlepass and make you eligible for all the rewards offered in the battlepass program. You can raise your Battle level by playing the upcoming custom Wrath of the Mo'rokai game mode and completing other missions, objectives and challenges for more rewards. You can also purchase a level 50 or level 100 Battle Passes in order to directly get a certain Battle level. This way you don't have to grind trough so many challenges in order to get the Battle Pass Rewards.

We can also expect to see a new patch for Dota before The International tournament which is bringing a lot of new quality of life improvements, features and updates to Dota. The patch will be released after the final Major and Minor DPC Qualifiers.
